Milga also relieves the pain associated with these diseases, due to its analgesic and anti-allergic effects, the drug improves blood circulation. Benfotiamine is a lipid-soluble form of thiamine (vitamin B1) and is also prescribed as an anti-neuritic vitamin. In its phosphorylated form (TPP) as a carboxylase, it regulates the breakdown of carbohydrates and is used against acidotic metabolism. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) regulates the metabolism of proteins, the breakdown of fats and carbohydrates. Its neurotropic action is used, for example, in isonicotinic acid hydrazide in the treatment of neuritis. Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is very important for cell metabolism, normal hematopoiesis and the functioning of the nervous system. It catalyzes the biological synthesis of nucleic acids, and therefore, structure of new cell nuclei.
Indications: Diseases of various origins that affect the peripheral nervous system: neuritis, neuralgia, polyneuropathy (against the background of diseases such as diabetes mellitus, chronic alcoholism, etc.), myalgia, radicular syndromes, retrobulbar neuritis, herpes zoster, facial paralysis and trigeminal neuralgia nerve.
