Description

Compound: Each 1 ml contains:

Framycetin sulfate micronized is equivalent to 3 mg of Framycetin, gramicidin 0.025 mg,

Dexamethasone micronized I mg,

Cinchocaine hydrochloride 10 mg equivalent to 9.0394 mg Cinchocaine

Indications for use: Otitis externa

Mode of application: Adults (including the elderly) and children: Two or three drops are instilled into the ear three to four times a day. Duration of treatment no more than 7 days

Contraindications: Otitis externa should not be treated for tympanic membrane disorders due to the risk of ototoxicity. Hypersensitivity to framycetin sulfate, dexamethasone, gramicidin or any of the ingredients.

Precautionary measures: Treatment with a combination of corticosteroids and antibiotics should not be continued for more than 7 days, even in the absence of any clinical improvement, as long-term use may lead to the spread of infections. Long-term use may lead to a risk of adrenal suppression in infants. Not recommended for young children or infants. For topical use only The safety of use during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. Influence on the ability to drive and use machines: does not affect.

Side effects: Hypersensitivity reactions, usually local in nature, such as redness, burning, itching and dermatitis may occur.

Overdose: Prolonged topical use may lead to systemic effects.

Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
