Adapalene is a retinoid metabolite, has comedonolytic and anti-inflammatory activity, normalizes the processes of keratinization and epidermal differentiation. The mechanism of action of adapalene is based on interaction with specific \u03b3-receptors of epidermal skin cells. As a result of the action of adapalene, in particular, there is a decrease in the \u201ccohesion\u201d of epithelial cells at the mouth of the sebaceous hair follicle and a decrease in the prerequisites for the formation of microcomedones. Adapalene has an anti-inflammatory effect in vivo and in vitro, acting on inflammatory factors by inhibiting the migration of leukocytes in the focus of inflammation and the metabolism of arachidonic acid.<\/p>\n

Dosage and administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Outwardly. With a light touch, evenly apply the gel to the affected surface once a day before going to bed on clean, dry skin, avoiding contact with eyes and lips.<\/p>\n

The therapeutic effect develops after 4-8 weeks of treatment, stable improvement after 3 months of treatment.<\/p>\n

In some cases, due to short-term skin irritation, the number of applications may be reduced or treatment may be suspended until signs of irritation disappear.<\/p>\n
