The injectable pen is the world’s most advanced weight-loss solution. Max—widely known as “Mounjaro”—is a modern appetite-suppressing medication that leads to significant weight loss. It works by mimicking the action of GLP-1 and GIP receptors—natural hormones that induce a feeling of fullness, allowing a person to feel satisfied after consuming much smaller portions of food.

The 20, 40, and 60 mg kits include one pen, 12 disposable needles, and instructions for use.

Each pen contains 20, 40, or 60 mg of the active substance, which can be administered as four full 10 mg doses or in increments of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, or 10 mg.

The recommended dosage is 2.5 mg for the first 4 weeks, followed by 5 mg for the next 4 weeks. After 8 weeks, the weekly dosage may be increased to 7.5 mg or 10 mg if necessary.

Always consult a doctor, nurse, or pharmacist before using a new medication.
