Ingredients:
• 1 can of cooked chickpeas (or 250 g)
• 2–3 tbsp. tahini
• juice of ½ lemon
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2–4 tbsp. cold water
• salt – to taste
• olive oil – to taste
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until creamy.
3. Add more water if necessary.
4. Serve with olive oil on top.

Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp. tahini
• juice of ½ lemon
• 2–3 tbsp. water
• salt
• (optional: garlic, paprika or cumin)
Preparation:
1. Mix tahini with lemon juice.
2. Add water – the sauce will become lighter and more tender.
3. Add salt and spices.
